A Directory of Local, Chemical Free, Sustainable*, Humane, Holistic Products and Services
PURPOSE: The Be As One Directory has been created from a belief that people within a local community need to depend on, serve, support, provide for, and sustain each other through their knowledge, talents, and skills. With that belief comes a sense of oneness that then branches out to all, including the Earth. The products and services that accomplish such a community are chemical-free, sustainable, humane, and holistic in nature. The Be As One Directory serves the local people who provide these products and services and those who use the products and services within a 50 mile radius of Fort Wayne, IN.
A Be As One community is very much like a forest of trees. Trees have deep roots that support, heal, connect, and sustain each individual tree within the collective of trees, their community. Trees live as one. Trees also provide shade, shelter, food, oxygen, beauty, and life-giving energy to all who live beneath their branches.
*I replaced “organic” with “sustainable” as achieving certified organic status is complex and lengthy even though the gardener/farmer may be using organic practices without being certified. Sustainable gardening/farming combines organic practices with resource conservation, responsible consumption and production which is maintaining the purpose of the Be As On Directory.

1. You agree with the purpose of the Be As One Directory.
2. You have a product or service that coincides with the purpose of the directory.
3. You agree that a community of like-minded people who agree with the purpose of the Be As One Directory is needed for the following reasons:
A. To help all like-minded people know each other and their products and or services.
B. To know that there are many like-minded people like yourself in a 50 mile radius of Fort Wayne, IN.
C. To give and or receive advice from other like-minded people on how and where to promote your product or service to each other and the public.
D. To promote your product or service and to let the public know of the Be As One Directory and what it represents by giving them the website link.
E. To have the satisfaction and gratitude that you are part of creating a larger community through the Be As One Directory who are living better lives with better health and happiness because of what you are providing to them with your product or service.
4. You are like-minded and agree with the purpose of the Be As One Directory. You do not provide a product or service, but you want to be informed of those who are providers and wish to receive the monthly email reminders of the Be As One Directory. How to Place Your Product or Service on the Directory
If you provide a local chemical free, sustainable, humane, holistic product or service that you want to list on the Be As One Directory, do the following:
1. Choose which category from the Be As One Directory above where your product or service would be best listed.
A. The category (first word only) under which you want your product or service listed
B. Your product or service: What it is and a very brief description.
C. Your name
D. Your preferred contact information: your email address, your phone, and/or your website address.
3. If you have multiple products or services that would be listed under multiple categories, follow the instructions of A-D above for each of the categories for each of your products or services along with the description of your product or service, your name, and preferred contact information for each category.
5. Periodically look at the directory. If you need to make any changes to your entry, contact Donna at donna@yourconsciousconnection.com

How to Create a New Category
If a category for your product or service is not listed on the Be As One Directory above, but does follow the purpose of the Be As One Directory, then you may create a new category that you wish to be added to the list. Understand that once the category is added to the directory, others may place their product or service under your category if their product or service is appropriate for that category.
Make sure the name of your new category can be easily identified with one word that has not already been used in the category list.
Then contact Donna at donna@yourconsciousconnection.com to request that your category be placed on this list and include:
A. The name, in one word, of the new category you created
B. Your product or service with a brief description
C. Your name
D. Your preferred contact information: email address, phone, and or website address
Donna will let you know if your category was approved or not. If it is approved, Donna will add your category and information on the Be As One Directory.

Introducing the Creator of the Be As One Directory
My name is Donna Ditton. For many years now I have felt and have seen a need for people to create products and services produced locally to form a sense of community with one another. I know there are people out there who share the same beliefs as I do. The idea came to me to create a directory of these local people so that this sense of community will grow.
I will serve as the creator of this directory of various categories and information about people who create products or offer services that fit with the purpose of the Be As One Directory as stated above. The directory makes known these local, talented, like-minded people who are offering local chemical-free, sustainable, humane, holistic products and services to each other and the public. The directory shows the current list of categories under which the products and services will be listed. More categories will be added as needed or requested.
I, Donna Ditton, provide the Be As One Directory here on this website that lists people with products and services under various categories that follow the purpose of the directory. I will maintain that list by adding people to the directory by their request. I will add new categories if need be. I will send out monthly emails directing people to this website to see the directory. I serve as the provider of information for the Be As One Directory, nothing more. That is where my responsibility ends.
